Before your Order Arrives: Prepare your Roastery

The below Site Preparation Guides can be used to equip your facility with the necessary utilities before your equipment arrives. This contains equipment dimensions, electrical requirements, airrequirement for all models of our equipment.

Taking Delivery: Inspect and Record All Equipment 

Make sure to inspect your shipment for damage before signing the BOL/POD (Bill of Landing / Proof of Delivery) or any delivery acceptance paperwork and note all damage on the BOL before signing or risk losing insurance coverage. This includes activated tilt or shock indicators. Contact your Technical Representative as soon as possible if you have shipment damage. You can safely accept delivery as long as damage is noted on the BOL/POD. If you sign the BOL/POD without noting damage, all damage becomes the client’s responsibility and insurance will not cover the loss.

Additionally, please perform inventory using the paper copy provided in the crate and contact your Technical Representative if anything is missing.
