This article should only be used if your order contains a Pearl Mini. If your order doesn't contain a Pearl Mini please refer to our Equipment Setup Guide.
Before your Order Arrives: Prepare your Roastery
The below Site Preparation Guides can be used to equip your facility with the necessary utilities before your equipment arrives. This contains equipment dimensions, electrical requirements, air requirement for all models of our equipment.

Preparing: Delivery and Installation
Before your equipment arrives, it’s important to review the right instructions for your order.
Depending on the service you’ve booked, please familiarize yourself with the applicable Scope of Work to ensure your installation goes smoothly. If you’re unsure, please check your invoice for the following line items.
Commissioning & Training Scope of Work – For orders with Training & Commissioning only.
Uncrate & Assembly Scope of Work – For orders that include an Uncrate & Assembly service in addition to Training and Commissioning.
Taking Delivery: Inspect and Record All Equipment
Make sure to inspect your shipment for damage before signing the BOL/POD (Bill of Landing / Proof of Delivery) or any delivery acceptance paperwork and note all damage on the BOL before signing or risk losing insurance coverage. This includes activated tilt or shock indicators. Contact your Technical Representative as soon as possible if you have shipment damage. You can safely accept delivery as long as damage is noted on the BOL/POD. If you sign the BOL/POD without noting damage, all damage becomes the client’s responsibility and insurance will not cover the loss.
Additionally, please perform inventory using the paper copy provided in the crate and contact your Technical Representative if anything is missing.

The following checklist must be completed and submitted prior to your Technical Representative scheduling their trip. The trip will be scheduled approximately 4-6 weeks from the approval of this checklist.
