When will my Pearl Mini be Commissioned?

Before we commission your Pearl Mini, we require a few steps for you to complete to ensure a smooth process

Preparing for Your Pearl Mini Commissioning

Congratulations on receiving your Pearl Mini! We know you’re excited to get it up and running, and we're here to help you make that happen as smoothly as possible. Before one of our technicians can visit to commission your machine, there are a few important steps to complete.

Step 1: Complete the Assembly and Setup

To ensure everything is ready for commissioning, please make sure of the following:

  • The Pearl Mini must be fully assembled.
  • The machine should be connected to your air compressor.
  • You should be able to power on the machine.

Step 2: Fill Out the Site Preparation Checklist

Once you've completed the setup, we'll ask you to confirm this by filling out the Site Preparation Checklist.

Step 3: Submit the Checklist

After completing the checklist, please submit it to us for review. Once we receive and approve your submission, we’ll aim to schedule your commissioning within 4-6 weeks, but during busier times, or during national holidays this may be slightly longer.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can't you come sooner?

Where possible, if schedule allows we will always endeavour to get clients up and running as soon as possible. However please keep in mind our technicians are always on the road up to 80% of the month visiting clients, so there may not be room to schedule you in sooner.

Can I schedule the technician before my equipment arrives?

We strongly recommend against this, for the reason that if we book travel and you encounter an unexpected delay or issue, we'd have to bill again for the travel costs of rebooking everything. It's best to receive your equipment first, ensure it's correctly assembled and connected and then schedule our trip.
