When do I replace the Pearl Mini Air Filters?

How to Identify When Your Pearl Mini Air Filters Need Replacing

Along side the Pearl Mini air filters, you should ensure you are servicing and maintaining your air compressor, filtration and drying regularly in accordance with the Pearl Mini Air Compressor Requirements

Your Pearl Mini will have three air filters on the side of the machine. We recommend that these filters should be treated as a redundancy air filtration system, and that you have a main air filtration and drying system after your compressor that is maintained and service regularly, not only will this increase the life span of the Pearl Mini, but any machine using compressed air in your roastery.

There are two signs that your Pearl Mini air filters need to be replaced:

Pearl Mini will display an Error

This may display as a single error saying 'Filter Element Exceeded', or on older machines it will look similar to the screen below. You can safely still operate the machine, however ensure you get in touch to order a new set of filters.

The Air Filter Service Indicator

From the image below, you'll see on top of the three filters a small clear plastic housing that will either show green or red. You can see on the third and last filter in the image this displays red, indicating the filter needs to be changed. We recommend changing all the filters at once if this happens.
