Understanding Difficulty Ratings

Before starting any guide, check the difficulty rating so you know what to expect. If you're ever unsure, our Technical Service team is happy to help.

Easy

No specialist tools required, and the task can be completed by one person. Typically involves software, settings, or minor physical adjustments. Low risk if a step is done incorrectly.

Intermediate

Tools are required, and the task involves some physical assembly or installation. A second person may be needed for certain steps. There is some risk of equipment damage if steps are completed out of order or incorrectly, please read the full guide before starting.

Examples: Pearl Mini Uncrate & Assembly


Advanced

Specialist equipment such as a forklift is required, and two people are needed throughout. There is a high risk of equipment damage if the task is not completed correctly. If you are unsure at any point, stop and contact Technical Service before proceeding.
