Precision Hopper: Calibrating

Ensure that the Hopper is levelled and assembled according to the Manual before the calibration process.

It is critical that you have removed the Shipping Brackets before calibration.

You'll need:

A 1kg weight - Using a calibration weight is recommended but not required.
One screwdriver or chopstick

To activate the scale, flip the switch located at the back and simultaneously press the '#' button on the front panel
1. Once the '999999' screen appears, let go of both buttons
Press the '#' button four times after the 'd__001' screen appears to navigate to the 'AdLoad' screen
Place your calibration weight onto the hopper and press the 'Tare' button
Press the 'Tare' button twice so that the number before the decimal point starts blinking
Press the 'Zero' button to update the blinking value to '1'
Press the '#' button so the screen displays 'End'
Using your tool, press the button located on the back of the Display
