How to reprogram your Lift Control Box

Equipment required:

• 2 x Micro SDHC cards
• 1 x Micro SD card reader (for your computer)
• 1 x Computer (using MacOS, Windows)
• 1 x Lift program file (sent by your TBA or Technician)

Steps:

1. Format both SD cards using Fat32 file system (How to)
2. Load your existing Lift code onto the first of the formatted SD cards (How To Video)
   1. With power to the PLC removed, open the SD card slot on the PLC and insert
      one of the formatted SD cards. Push the SD card module back into the PLC.
   2. Power on the PLC. Navigate to the settings menu
   3. Stop the current program
   4. Navigate to “Card”
   5. Note: if this option is not available, you will need to unlock the admin
      menu
   6. In the “Card” menu, select “Save Prog->Card”
3.  Load the program file sent by your TBA to the second/other formatted SD card
   1. Connect the SD card to your computer via the SD card reader
   2. Drag & drop the file to your card
4. Upload the new program to your PLC (How To)
   1. With power to the PLC removed, open the SD card slot on the PLC and insert the
      second SD card containing the new file. Push the SD card module back into the
      PLC.
   2. Power on the PLC. Navigate to the settings menu
   3. Stop the current program
   4. Navigate to “Card”
   5. Select “Load Prog<-Card”
